Tamara Page E.R.Y.T. 500 With Yoga Alliance, has over 25 years experience in yoga and meditation. She received five years of extensive teacher training, including the BKS Iyengar Yoga Association of Greater New York. Tamara enjoys working with seniors and inspiring others to live more fulfilling lives physically, emotionally and spiritually.
In this Session we will explore How to get the most out of Yoga Movements
~ Explore how to practice the Alignment Principles of Asanas
~ Break barriers about bodily beliefs
~ Honor, Respect & Love your way into well being
~ Tap into the temple of your body (the sacred home of your soul)
~ Awaken, Enliven & Enhance daily living with increased awareness
A 2nd session will follow on May 26th on Meditation and Mindful Breathing
